We have just completed new steps at the end of the wood which give access directly onto Cressage Bridge without having to walk along the road.
Guests can now enjoy a variety of walks from there along the riverbank or through the countryside, many dog friendly. Or you can take the leisurely one and a half mile walk to The Mill at Leighton, one of our closest pubs/restaurants.
Or alternatively the Bridge is just a nice destination in its own right. From there are lovely views of the Wrekin in one direction or the Old Hall in the other. Or just watch the canoeist or wildlife in the river below.
